1½ cups rolled oats
½ cup tahini paste
¼ cup silan
½ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
. In a bowl, combine oats, tahini, silan, and nuts. Roll mixture into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
. Bake 10–15 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
