2 bananas, room temperature or frozen
1 cup unsweetened
vanilla almond milk
1½ cups ice
Toppings:
Cinnamon
Shaved chocolate
Sliced roasted
almonds
In a blender, combine the bananas, milk, and ice, blending until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon, shaved chocolate,
and sliced roasted almonds.
Variations
Banana Date Shake: Add 2 dates.
Chocolate Banana Shake: Use unsweetened chocolate almond milk instead of vanilla.
Almond Butter and Banana Protein Shake: Add 2 tablespoons almond butter
+ 1 tablespoon vanillaprotein powder.
