Asian Marinade:
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger or 6 cubes Gefen Crushed Ginger
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
½ jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed, finely diced
1 tablespoon (or 3 cubes) fresh chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
½ jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed, finely diced
1 tablespoon (or 3 cubes) fresh chopped cilantro
Kebabs:
1½ pounds tuna steak, cut into 1-inch cubes (make sure the steak is thick enough)
1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
1 sweet onion, cut into squares
- Combine all marinade ingredients. Reserve ¼ cup of the marinade. Add tuna cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for 30-45 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Add tuna, peppers, and onions to skewers. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill on all 4 sides, about 1 minute per side. Transfer to platter and drizzle with reserved marinade.
