3 tablespoons coffee
3 tablespoons cocoa
9 tablespoons sugar
½ cup boiling water
¼ cup chocolate liqueur, optional 

  1. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool. Keep refrigerated until serving.
  2. To serve, place 1½ tablespoons of the Irish coffee mix in a glass. Fill the glass halfway with boiling water and the rest with whipped cream. (Smackin’ Whip works great!)
