3 cans chickpeas, drained
¼ cup oil*
2 tablespoons chili flakes
2 tablespoons hot paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
*You can go lighter on the oil if you wish. The chickpeas will have less of a “fried” consistency and more of a baked one. But they will still be delicious. Even spraying generously with an oil spray will have great results.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
Spread them out in a single
layer on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chickpeas are as crispy as desired.
