Garlic Aioli
Yield 1/2 cup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cube frozen garlic, or 1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
Basic Fry Dip
Yield: 1 3/4 cup
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon pickle brine
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, soy sauce, pickle brine, paprika, and cayenne until smooth.
