Vanilla Chai Latte

The milky sweetness and warm spices will warm you up in seconds.

Yield: 1 serving


½ cup water

2 chai tea bags

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup

¾ cup milk


Bring water to a boil, then pour into a mug. Place 2 tea bags into the hot water and allow to steep for about 4 minutes. Squeeze remaining water out of tea bags, then discard.

Add vanilla extract and maple syrup to tea. Mix, then set aside.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk milk until frothy. Pour milk into the mug of tea.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
