Who doesn’t love a crockpot dinner? Especially when it tastes this good! For some reason, pulled chicken doesn’t get the spotlight it deserves. Not only is it tasty, it’s pretty healthy and cost effective too! On busy days, this is truly a lifesaver. You can thank me later.
6 chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
¼ cup Italian dressing
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Brioche buns, for serving
Coleslaw, for serving
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
When the chicken is done cooking, remove it from the sauce and pull it apart using 2 forks (it should fall apart easily).
Add sauce to the chicken as needed. Serve on a brioche bun with coleslaw.
