The exciting thing about summer (besides for the finally-here-to-stay warm weather) is the incredible assortment of fruits and vegetables that are suddenly popping up everywhere. I chose five of my favorite early-summer fruits to focus on: mango, blueberries, strawberries, rhubarb and cherries. These fruits are baked beneath buttery crumbs, folded in between fluffy batters, tucked into cinnamon rolls and blended into an icy cocktail.
