½ cup tequila
1 tablespoon curaçao (orange liqueur)
4 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar

Lime slice, for garnish
- Pour chili-lime salt on a plate.
- Rub lime on the edge of a glass.
- Dip the edges of the glass into the chili-lime salt.
- Blend the watermelon in a blender. Strain the watermelon juice through a strainer.
- Combine the juice with tequila, curaçao, lime juice, and sugar.
- Pour cocktail into the glasses. Garnish with lime wedge.
Yield: 6 cocktails
