6 red apples, either Fuji, Cortland, or Honeycrisp, spiralized on the second to largest setting

For the crumble:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
¼ cup oil
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine apples with cinnamon, orange juice, and brown sugar. Then spread them into the baking dish.
- In the same mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and oil. Mix well to form a crumble. Spread crumble mixture over the apples. Bake for 45 minutes uncovered. Serve warm.
